We were able to do some of this ourselves, but she also recommended very qualified workers to do other work -- interior painting, new front steps, yard work. She did extensive research on the local market and arrived at a selling price that was accurate and was picked up by a buyer right away. We had over 2 dozen showings in 4 days -- in December! We first approached Deborah about selling our home and wanted to know what to expect. She was quick to respond and met us at our home to help answer our questions. She was straightforward and told us exactly what we could hope to get for our house. As soon as we were ready to list, she was on top of things. Several years later when it came time to move I remembered how warm and friendly Deb was and even though I hadn’t seen her in a while, took a chance and called her and she was right there for us -no hesitation at all. I recently worked with Deb for the purchase of a co-op unit in Montgomery County, MD. I'm a first time homebuyer and had many questions throughout the process especially as we encountered circumstances that are particular to co-ops (versus condos or houses). Deb was in my corner 100%--if I needed more clarification on procedures or the purpose of various document requests, she was either able to provide an easy to understand explanation or hunt down the person or resources necessary to get me a satisfactory answer.
